The packaging process
- 1.Automatic sorting of empty bags:

The qualified empty bag is lifted by the vacuum sucker, the lifting mechanism raises the bag to a certain height, the moving mechanism sends the bag to the position of the bag opening, the finishing mechanism is adjusted to the appropriate position by the bag opening process, and the bag opening is stretched. - 3.The opening of the bag:
Vacuum suction cups compress the bag from both sides, then move in both directions to suck the mouth of the bag open. - 4.The upper bag of the packaging bag:
The size of the mouth of the bag can be adjusted synchronously during the process of taking and loading the bag, so that the mouth of the bag and the lower hopper can be closely fitted to meet the needs of various materials packaging, and the use effect is good. - 5.Filling of materials:
After the empty bag is put into the feeding port, the automatic detection device checks whether the bag is in place. After confirming that the bag is completely in place, the qualified materials are put into the bag to complete the filling of the materials. - 6.Bag transfer, folding and sealing:
The packing bag after filling is moved forward through the conveyor, the whole bag mechanism organizes the bag mouth, and then introduces the folding machine to fold and seal, completing the automatic packaging of materials.
