Sugarcane Bagasse Dryer Machine application
Rotary sugarcane bagasse drum dryer, with wide application and easy operation, is widely used to dry sugarcane bagasse, rice husk and woodchips in biomass pellet industry. Hot air or gas convey heat to the material and evaporate sugarcane bagasse or wood chips. By renewing drying media inside the dryer, and together with the function of ventilation, moisture of the raw material will be get rid of. Convection drying in the dryer can dry the material. The barrel of rotary dryer is single drum type. The body of dryer is installed horizontally with the ground. Material feeding at the feeding end, with rotation of dryer and aeration, the material flows to the discharge end. Shoveling plate equipped in the dryer make the material moving forward. In biomass industry, the length of dryer is around 6-20m. Such length is to guarantee the stay time of material inside the dryer. Heat exchange is carried inside the dryer between hot air and material.

Driving chain of main reducer and chain wheel drive the driving shaft, friction gear installed on the driving shaft mesh with the friction ring and operate in opposite direction.
